AnXiaoYu Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the AnXiaoYu mobile application (Bundle ID com.anxiaoyu.app). The Chinese master agreement remains authoritative for conflict resolution where required; this English page is provided for App Store metadata and international users.

Not medical care. AnXiaoYu is a personal health-management assistant, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace a licensed clinician. If you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AnXiaoYu on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms / App Store rules and these Terms.

2. Accounts and data on device

You can use core features without registering.
Health data you enter is encrypted on-device by default.
Export .anxiaoyu backups yourself before switching devices.
Optional signed-in cloud accounts can be deleted under Settings → Privacy.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions (AnXiaoYu Pro)

Optional Pro plans are sold as Apple auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. monthly, yearly, family yearly).
Title, length and price are shown in the app purchase screen and confirmed on the Apple purchase sheet (including local currency and any introductory offer).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

4. Cloud recognition assistance

Open Q&A, health chat, and chatbot features are not provided. After you tap Allow, lab/checkup photos and on-device OCR text, or visit-sheet draft text, may be sent via HTTPS to anxiaoyu.com.cn then to DeepSeek. Homepage “Xiaoyu” care one-liners stay on-device. Privacy Mode pauses all cloud recognition. Machine-generated content is for reference only and does not replace professional care.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Family profiles: only manage data for people you are entitled to manage.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on app content, or for data loss if you did not export a backup. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including consumer rights in your country).

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes data practices, including HealthKit (read-only when authorised) and optional analytics.
